Becky Lees joined the Tangled Feet board in December 2025

She is a Grants Manager within the Arts Education team at Paul Hamlyn Foundation, having joined in July 2025. Prior to this Becky has worked in creative programming, artist development, learning and participation roles in a range of arts organisations including the Albany in Deptford, Stratford Circus and Gulbenkian Arts Centre in Canterbury - in a role which also included programming the annual bOing! Family Festival. With a specialism in children and young people's creative engagement and TYA programming, Becky has worked with Tangled Feet over many years, programming, supporting and co-commissioning their young people's work. Becky brings experience of working in NPOs, leading on organisational strategy for children and young people's work, and of running Local Cultural Education Partnerships, building connections between schools and arts organisations and an understanding of arts education ecologies.
