They’re everywhere on our high streets, juggling demands and jiggling pushchairs, trying to reconcile a baby’s illogical moods and bodily fluids with being out and respectable in public places.

Clench your pelvic floors and join us for the ride as five pram-pushers weave paths between elation, despair, exhaustion and love.

Performed in the very outdoor spaces that parents inhabit – parks, shopping centres and busy streets, Push is a high-energy, humorous and thought-provoking piece about mothers and their relationship with their babies.

Using clowning, dance and physical theatre to tell the interweaving stories of five very different mothers, Push lays bare aspects of motherhood so often pushed under the carpet.
